I Feel So Sad And Depressed

visit this site right here Have you found yourself saying ‘I feel so sad and depressed’ and thinking thoughts such as:

  • I’m feeling down today.
  • I am so depressed. Nothing is working out for me.

If you have nodded your head or answered ‘yes’ to any of the above suffice to say your emotions are up and down. Some days you feel great but generally you are feeling low. You may find you are triggered with anxiety and those depressive thoughts sneak in. I know. Because I have experienced some of these myself.

hop over to this website Köpa Viagra Vadstena So where are you giving your power away? – To other people: relying on them for your own happiness or needing someone’s approval and acceptance or to be liked in order to feel good enough?

These behaviours will have you people pleasing, wearing social masks and never really being who you are out of fear people won’t like you or accept you.

hop over to this website – Your own negative thoughts: the stories you play in your head such as ‘I can’t, I am not good enough, I will never, if only..’

This style of thinking is dis-empowering, draining and completely unproductive. – Things which appear out of your reach: desiring more money, to lose 5 kg’s, to have more time or to change jobs. We feel that when we get them – all our problems will go away and we will ‘finally’ be happy!

Feeling like what you want is too far in the distance, too unattainable and you can’t possibly get there so you feel helpless to change…that’s a recipe for depression!

Dis-empowered thinking keeps you stagnant and stuck in your circumstances.

The times when I have felt most down, unmotivated, sad, depressed and anxious are the times where the story in my head had become so loud that I felt helpless to change.

I perceived the solution was outside of me. I was looking externally and thinking that I needed X, Y or Z in order to feel happy with who I was or where I was in life.

Yep! It’s time to own it. Until you own your stuff you can’t change it. Why? Because you feel like life is happening to you and this makes you feel powerless.

For example; you can’t do what you want because you need the money and your job won’t pay you more. Or you feel so depressed that you can’t fit into your jeans any more that you stop going out.

No more excuses my friend. No more blame. No more giving your power away to the things you ‘think’ you can’t change.

I have been procrastinating almost like never before. I have an idea that I want to work on and launch a business, have a big vision or let’s say want to have a big vision. But I keep checking out this girl’s social media almost helplessly. As if I have lost the control. I feel envious that she is doing so much of what I wanted to at her age. And even now. But I can’t seem to unravel what it is , where is it coming from, and what exactly she has that I want. I need help Debbie.

      Hi Linda,
Thank you so much for your comment. Envy and jealousy will destroy your potential and dim the unique light you have inside. Both yourself and Ver (see comments) are experiencing a similar situation. I will be responding via a post and will share the link with you when it’s live to help you move through this obstacle. In the meantime know that the energy you are spending stalking this other woman is energy that could be better spent cultivating and creating your own beautiful work. I don’t follow anyone in my industry (no social media, no emails) because I don’t want to be influenced or feel like someone is doing my idea…this way I know my ideas are unique and if they do happen to be similar to someone else, I can authentically stand in my power and know I created it from my inner most place and not copying that other person’s work. Your most divine gift is birthed when you give yourself permission to push past fear and just do what you desire to do. Not following what anyone else is doing will allow you the space, mindset and opportunity to focus on your purpose. D xoxo

Hi. I’m homeless at the moment and staying with friends or in my car, I’m trying so hard to find a house to stay in but because of my age, I have no rental history and my biggest obstical, my labrador. There is no way I will give her up, but I don’t know what else to do.

      Hi Lacey,
I’m sorry to hear about your current situation. Using the process here in my blog post – how can you make some changes to create a brighter future? Perhaps you will need to move to an area that may be less desirable but will allow your beautiful dog to stay with you? Explore every option you can think of and try not to allow your current circumstances to prevent you from seeing solutions and a way forward. Perhaps there is a share house that will allow a dog which will allow you to rent without a history. Reach out to everyone you know to see who may be able to assist. I have a dog and understand how important they are – I wish you all the best Lacey. Never give up hope – there is one thing I know about the future…it always changes and brings with it new things that we never thought possible. Stay strong. With love, Debbie x
