opzioni binarie in 60 secondi You are such an inspiration for women in all you have achieved in your business. Was there a time when you didn’t feel so confident in what you were doing and why?

Thank you so much! I’m never fully confident about anything. I know that there are no guarantees. To get around this generally I am quick to implement or in other words fast to fail. I experiment and move. I get my hands dirty. I am not afraid to try things to see what will work.

opzioni binarie 60 secondi sonia salerno Was there a defining moment when you decided to launch your business or did this develop and evolve over time? Please expand.

Evolve is a good word to use here because my business has, and is constantly evolving.

The short version of my three year journey is that after I became a first time mother, I realised that my dreams of returning to my corporate role were fading fast. Determined to pursue success and balance on my own terms, I reinvented my personal brand (along with my life), by creating a blog CopingwithJane. This happened from my kitchen table with my baby on my lap I might add!

I didn’t know what business to start though. My blog was doing well, but for a year a didn’t know how to make it an actual business.

Eventually it happened. I monetized my blog by becoming a blog coach. This is how I got the reputation as the Fairy Blogmother.

I then added a branding and design business to the equation.

Now the main work I do is as a next-generation marketing strategist who helps women position themselves as leaders in their field and create successful businesses that fuse passion with profit.

What this actually means is that I help women in business, with Facebook ads, funnels, online programs/launches and attracting high-ticket clients.

Evolving has meant moving. I’ve gone where the work is and given my clients what they needed. In the process I’ve discovered my “zone of genius”. I wouldn’t have if I was standing still.

opzioni binarie deposito minimo 50 Living our passion – even one which stems from our truest hearts desires – can be daunting. What has been the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome in your mindset in order to live the life of your dreams?

Uncertainty. Not knowing what business to start. I knew that I definitely wanted to have my own business but didn’t have a clue what business to start. I didn’t have a clear path forward and I felt totally lost. I tried SO hard to come up with a business idea. I was desperate and totally stressed myself out about it.But at the time I was on maternity leave so I HAD to get moving if my dreams of having my own business where ever going to happen.

So I got moving and did something which was to create my blog. To get myself out of the creative cul-de-sac and move forward,I set small goals like “publish two blog posts per week” and stuck them on the back of the cupboard in my kitchen. This post it is still stuck on my cupboard and I still look at it each day.

The first step is always the hardest.

binäre optionen mit metatrader Where do you source your inspiration?

My mum and also women in less fortunate countries and situations where daily survival is difficult – and where they suffer because they are women. Their resilience and ability to care for themselves and their families while enduring what they do blows my mind.

conto prova trading We all have those days where we just want to crawl under a rock and hide and whether this is due to things not going well or not feeling our best. Fleeting as they may be, how do you move through moments like these?

I don’t sweat the small stuff. Therefore I can move through crappy moments and days fairly quickly. But there’s a big reason why.

What you might not know, because I’m never quite sure how to best explain it, is that part of what led to my current success, is that I got sick.

While pregnant I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, which not only made me very ill but destroyed one of my eyelids. For over a year I couldn’t leave my house because of how I looked. It was devastating.

But life goes on and it’s fixed now and I have my health back too.

The net result of my experience is this – I used to have a flimsy bamboo stick to use when I came up against life’s inevitable challenges. But now I realise that through hard work, challenges and obstacles – I’ve actually been molding, sharpening and transforming that flimsy stick into, well, a sword and a strong one at that!

I used to be a bit of a loose cannon in terms of my emotions. But going to hell and back (which is the only way I can think to best describe it) has meant that I’m come out the other end mentally strong. I know that I’m capable and can get through most things.

opzioni binarie segnali Life can be overwhelming in our attempts to juggle work, nurture relationships, take time out for ourselves, tend to our families and everything else in between. What do you do when you begin to feel completely overwhelmed?

I don’t have the balance thing sorted so I would love to know the answer to this question myself!  At the moment if I feel overwhelmed it’s mainly because I’m super busy with work so my solution is to work harder which is not necessarily a good thing.

binäre optionen online handeln Mental chatter is one thing my readers share they struggle with on a daily basis. What is your process in overcoming your own negative self-talk?

Action. I don’t dwell on things I move on because I have to. I’ve got stuff to do so it’s like “next”.

binäre optionen am wochenende As women many of us are too quick to judge ourselves, criticising our faults and often ignoring the wonderful qualities we posses. Do you have moments of ‘self-pity’, ‘comparison’ or lack of ‘self-belief’ and is there a practice you do to empower yourself in moving forward to rise above this?

Oh yeah, all the time. Like a lot of readers probably are, I am very self critical and have very high expectations of myself.

I figure I can’t go back (to corporate) so I’ve convinced myself there is no other way than to make it work, so I just try harder.

الخيارات الثنائية المتداول العربي What does self-kindness mean to you and how do you show yourself a little nugget of love in those moments you need it most?

I indulge in my favourite pleasure which is fashion. I buy myself gorgeous outfits. It makes me happy because I see style as a form of creative expression.  So self-kindness to me is doing things that make me happy.

opzioni binarie grafici a candela You are very admirable in all you have achieved and the lifestyle you continue to live today. What advice do you have for women who dream of running their own business doing what they love, yet are experiencing fear and self-doubt?

Money grows on the trees of persistence. That much I know.

What is one thing we don’t know about you?

That I love to dance. You’ll quite often find me bopping around my lounge room with my 3 year old.

Also that I’m half Peruvian and Scottish. My mum is from Peru and dad is from Scotland.

What awesome things can we expect to see from you in the future? What are you excited about?

Scaling my business so I can help more women.

In 2015 I’ll be running my first mastermind.

Speaking and video.
