What is it you most value in your life?

Is it spending quality time with your friends and family? Or perhaps it’s living the wellness lifestyle of healthy food, fresh air, movement and a good mindset.

We all value different things. A life lived in alignment with your highest values equals a fulfilling and happy life.

Conversely, if you are not living according to your highest values you may feel disconnected, unhappy, stressed and unfulfilled.

For today, you are simply going to identify the things you love doing which are non-negotiables to you. Perhaps it’s a morning meditation, daily exercise, your green smoothie or a wine with friends on a Saturday night.

Make a list of all the things you do that truly light you up and make you feel good!

Things that really fill up your cup such as:

  • Brunch with girlfriends
  • Yoga/Pilates classes
  • Walk along the beach
